Stump Grinding

Once a tree has been removed to ground level, you may require the stump to also be removed. For this we offer a tree stump and root removal service. This procedure involves using a stump grinding machine, which will grind the stump out of the ground until the stump and root system are destroyed. This is often required if the planting of new plants or trees is intended for the area where the tree was. Stumps are also removed if it will be obstructing the building of a new structure such as a shed, fence or property extension. Tree stumps may also be a trip hazard in certain locations and therfore require grinding to below ground level, we are also able to chase and grind high roots in lawns.

Please be aware that underground services will need to be located prior to stump grinding, where services are in close proximity stumps will have to be left at ground level.

If the stump and roots are not a concern, we are able to treat the stump to ensure that re-growth does not occur.
